1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to the customer.

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened — without cuts or edits — to validate return claims.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, worn, or damaged due to customer handling.

  • Customized, personalized, or sale/discounted items are non-returnable.

  • Returns for reasons like change of mind, design preference, or size issues are not accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

Our team will verify and guide you through the return process if your request is approved.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed and credited either to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Refunds to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) will typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • If you choose store credit, it will be issued within 2–3 business days after approval and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, redeemable against any future purchase on our website.

5. Return Shipping

  • In case of a valid return (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping charges will be borne by us.

  • Our team will arrange the pickup or guide you through the process.
