1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to the customer.

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened — without cuts or edits — to validate return claims.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, worn, or damaged due to customer handling.

Customized, personalized, or sale/discounted items are non-returnable.

Returns for reasons like change of mind, design preference, or size issues are not accepted.

Our team will verify and guide you through the return process if your request is approved.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed and credited either to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
- Refunds to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) will typically reflect within 5–7 business days after approval.
- If you choose store credit, it will be issued within 2–3 business days after approval and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, redeemable against any future purchase on our website.
5. Return Shipping

In case of a valid return (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
